About the role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism at our Dublin center (paid training provided)
- Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills one-on-one and in small groups – yes, a lot of it looks like play
- Collect data during sessions to track each child's progress
- Share progress updates with your supervising BCBA and team
- Communicate clearly and warmly with clients, families, and colleagues
- Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
- Attend trainings and team meetings to keep building your skills
- SchedulePart-time, Monday–Friday afternoons, 2:00–6:00 PMWeekend availability not required but a plus if centers offer Saturday Session to clients
- Great fit for students seeking consistent hours during the semester
- High school diploma or equivalent (current college students and recent grads encouraged to apply!)At least 18 years old
- Availability for 2:00–6:00 PM shifts
- Patience, energy, and a genuine interest in helping children
- Ability to actively engage with kids – sitting on the floor, running, and playing
- Reliable transportation to our Dublin center
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bonus (not required): coursework or experience in psychology, education, childcare, or a related field
- Pay$27.00–$27.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 24.0 for each billable client hour worked17.50/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
