About the role
Overview
As a Salesforce Developer on the GTM Systems team, you build scalable Salesforce solutions and own end-to-end delivery of features. You work with Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and configuration to solve real business problems and keep systems healthy. You’ll collaborate with teammates on larger programs and shape coding standards and automation practices. This is a hands-on role with growth potential in a high-impact systems team within a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities Build and ship Salesforce features using Apex, Flow, Lightning components and declarative configuration Translate business problems and user stories into reliable, scalable solutions Partner with GTM Systems to deliver end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Support and maintain core systems by investigating bugs and responding to issues Reduce technical debt through clean, well-documented code and simplification opportunities Contribute to AI-powered processes and tooling for the GTM Systems team Produce up-to-date documentation for designs, configurations, and how-to guides Grow craft by learning from seniors and expanding Salesforce expertise
Key requirements 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in SaaS or enterprise Strong experience with Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components; comfort with declarative configuration Experience writing Apex tests and working with CI/CD or version-controlled deployments Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and APIsSolid communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders Curiosity and willingness to grow into higher-ownership work Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications (and/or progress toward Platform Developer II)Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) and ability to assess their outputsstrong communicationcollaborationcuriosity/learning mindset Apex FlowSOQL
