Employment Type: Full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgicalist | Phoenix, ArizonaA physician-led orthopedic trauma group is recruiting fellowship-trained orthopedic traumatologists for multiple full-time opportunities across the greater Phoenix area. This is asurgicalistpractice focused on acute orthopedic trauma, including complex pelvis and acetabulum cases, without the need to build an elective practice. Opportunity Highlights Predictable 7-on/7-off or 10-on/10-off block scheduling, with roughly half the year away from work High-acuity operative trauma practice with dedicated surgeon coverage during each block Daytime advanced practice provider support seven days a week Approximately two follow-up clinic mornings per week Separate hand call and no spine call Highly competitive compensation with strong productivity upside and 90th-percentile earning potential Opportunities to help grow the program and pursue leadership responsibilities
Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of a U.S. orthopedic surgery residency Board certified or board eligible in orthopedic surgery Orthopedic trauma fellowship training Experience with, or strong preparation for, complex operative trauma, including pelvis and acetabulum Eligible for an Arizona medical license
