About the role

Empower U is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide hands-on support for youth with developmental disabilities in home settings. The role involves direct caregiving, supervising daily activities, and facilitating community outings and social skills development. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of PCA experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Travel within NJ may be required and smartphone access to HHAX is expected.
