This role offers the opportunity to work directly with payer and provider organizations on complex business challenges, strategic initiatives, and high-impact analytical projects across the healthcare industry.Hybrid schedule, office locations available across most major U.S. metropolitan areasQualifications 3-6 years of health actuarial experienceProgress toward ASA designationExperience within a health plan/payer organization and/or consulting environmentStrong experience in one or more of the following: Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA/Exchange, Value-Based Care, Risk AdjustmentExperience with Product development, Pricing, Claims analytics, and/or Healthcare data analysisStrong analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to work with large, complex datasetsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations for clients and stakeholdersResponsibilitiesProvide strategic, analytical, and technical support to payer and provider clientsAnalyze complex business issues and develop actionable insightsSupport healthcare organizations with pricing, product strategy, cost management, and performance improvement initiativesConduct claims and healthcare data analysis to inform client decision-makingCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client engagementsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsMentor junior team members and contribute to team developmentStay current on healthcare industry trends and market dynamics
