Through its affiliated nationally licensed third-party administrator (TPA), Careington also delivers full-scale administrative services, including customer service, licensed enrollment, claims administration, individual and group billing.This role will initially be worked in the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. At some point and time in 2027 (Spring to Summer) will revert to five days in the office.Job SummaryThe Revenue Operations Representative ensures accurate member and group data administration, agent setup and support, commission-related reporting, payment posting support, operational research, audit completion, and high-quality service to agents, clients, vendors, internal partners, and members. The incumbent combines member information and revenue operations discipline with agent administration and call center support, requiring strong attention to detail, consistent execution, issue resolution, and the ability to work across multiple systems, queues, inboxes, and reporting cycles.Expected Work And PerformancePerform all aspects of member data entry, including new member additions, edits to existing member records, payment processing support, and payment posting activities.Perform selected group data administration, including initial group setup, ongoing validation, and audits of group information within the administration system.Assist with agent enrollments, agent setup, agent maintenance, and daily agent correspondence across assigned channels.Manage high-volume agent support activity, including inbound agent calls.Research member, group, agent, and payment related issues, including member record verification, group member verification, group membership audits, commission questions, and payment issue research.Review and analyze internal and external commission structures for agents and coordinate with other departments to support accurate commission processing.Generate, audit, validate, and track monthly and ad hoc reports for agents, groups, clients, members, and internal stakeholders.Create, validate, and distribute routine and extraordinary written member, agent, client, and internal communications including letters and email correspondence.Interface with third-party vendors, institutions, clients, agents, and internal departments to support operations relationships, data accuracy, service delivery, and issue resolution.File, retrieve, and maintain enrollment, agent, group, commission, and supporting operational documents in accordance with department standards.Assist with department queues, inboxes, audits, month-end activities, and other operational tasks.Serve as backup support for the agent service unit and cross-train across multiple lines of business to support departmental coverage.Participate in special projects, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational initiatives as assigned.Ensure work is completed accurately, timely, confidentially, and in compliance with company policies and applicable law.QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1-2 years of administrative, operations, customer service, call center, data administration, or related experience.Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple inboxes, queues, reports, and recurring tasks while maintaining accuracy and service standards.Must be able to manage inbound calls as back-up to Agent Administrators.PreferredBachelor's degree in business, accounting, operations, or a related field.Prior experience in operations auditing, member administration, commission support, payment processing, reporting, or regulated service environments.Experience working across multiple lines of business, third-party vendors, clients, agents, and cross-functional internal departments.SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, research, resolve, and escalate data, membership, payment, agent, group, or commission discrepancies.Professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with agents, clients, vendors, members, supervisors, and internal partners.Process-minded, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, confidentiality, and sound decision making to achieve departmental objectives.Willingness to learn multiple systems, queues, products, lines of business, and operational processes to improve coverage, service, and execution.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
