Office Assistant/Recruiting SpecialistLabor Finders of _ _ is seeking a results-oriented Office Assistant/ Recruiting Specialist to work under the direction of the Branch Manager in the completion of recruiting, office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organization effectiveness and efficiency of this single profit center. Essential Functions In addition to traditional office functions, under the direction of the Branch Manager, this person will be responsible for:Completion of office tasks to ensure branch and corporate objectives are met.Influencing, interacting, and driving relations with current and prospective customers and current and potential employees.Identifying temporary staffing needs for recruiting efforts and screening applicants.Coordinating the placement of employees.Recruiting.Payroll and invoicing.Maintain employee files and data.Source appropriate candidates through internal and external networks, industry events, and online resources.Follow standardized processes to screen and select the best candidates, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines pertaining to hiring practices.Maintain social media sites by posting job vacancies and job fair events.Requirements:Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible.Ability to operate independently and self-manage projects. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.Sound administrative skills. Well-developed time management skills.Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but able to recognize and support the company's preferences and priorities.Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Two years of office experience preferred.Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of office software programs.
