Position Overview: The Project Support Specialist will play a key role in organizing and preparing physical records for a major digitization initiative. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual who can work through large volumes of unorganized documents, prepare records for digitization, and support broader administrative and operational activities as project needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities: Review, sort, and organize physical records located throughout the office, including lateral files and storage drawers. Categorize records and prepare materials for boxing and transfer to the digitization vendor. Maintain an organized inventory of records throughout the digitization process. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external digitization partners as needed. Ensure documents are accurately prepared and labeled for efficient scanning and archival. Support efforts to free up office and storage space for telecom team equipment and materials. Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and administrative support activities as project requirements evolve. Provide general support to engineering and operational teams following completion of the initial records project.
