About the role
To drive non-linear growth through world-class enablement programs, the full-time Partner Sales Enablement Lead will design and deliver presales enablement initiatives that build technical proficiency across the partner ecosystem, focusing on both Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Consulting & Systems Integrators (C&SI).
Key Responsibilities
Design presales enablement programs that create hands-on technical proficiency and define end-to-end learning paths
Educate ISV partners on selling their offerings and equip C&SI presales teams to scope and demo joint opportunities effectively
Partner with leadership to identify skills gaps and translate business requirements into impactful enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in developing and scaling technical enablement programs within a global enterprise tech ecosystem or B2B SaaS company
Technical sales or presales background with a proven track record of engaging with customers and partners
Deep expertise in Data & AI technologies, with industry certification in at least one relevant domain preferred
Strong understanding of the ISV ecosystem and the Consulting & Systems Integrator business model
Proven experience managing technical competency models and delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget
