Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the core day-to-day responsibilities of a Site Reliability Engineer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact work
- Bring structure and rigor to your work; document decisions and share learnings with the team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and outcomes in your area
- Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture and best practices
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-6 years of professional experience in a site reliability engineer or closely related role
- Strong track record of ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
