About the Opportunity: Our client, a global CRO, is seeking a talented Poster Designer to provide flexible, ad hoc creative support for healthcare and life sciences projects. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys project-based work and wants the flexibility to work around another full-time role, freelance clients, or other commitments. This is true ad hoc support. Work volume will fluctuate based on project needs. Some weeks may require several hours of support, while there may be weeks with no work at all.
Responsibilities: Design professional, visually engaging posters using Adobe Creative Suite Translate complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical, or scientific information into clear and compelling visual materials Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop posters that meet project objectives and brand standards Make revisions and updates based on stakeholder feedback Manage multiple projects and deadlines as assignments arise
Qualifications: Proven experience designing posters in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop Strong graphic design and visual communication skills Experience working with complex or technical content Healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or life sciences experience strongly preferred Ability to work independently and respond to projects on an as-needed basis Must have your own computer/equipment capable of supporting Adobe Creative Suite Must be comfortable working evenings and/or weekends when needed Candidates currently working full-time are welcome to apply if they have availability outside of standard working hours Compensation & Schedule Flexible, project-based schedule Hours will vary based on business needs Some weeks may have several hours of work, while other weeks may have no assignments Evening and weekend availability may be needed depending on project deadlines
