Now Exit seeks a Lead Investment Banker to originate and close M&A deals, advise business owners, and build a regional team across the Southeast. This role emphasizes a proven rainmaker with a strong network of owners, PE sponsors, and referral sources. The Managing Director will lead deals from inception to close, shape the firm’s growth, and recruit and mentor a remote team while operating in an entrepreneurial environment.
