Our client is looking for a friendly, outgoing professional who takes pride in creating a warm first impression for clients and guests. As the first point of contact for the office, the Receptionist/Front Desk Admin Assistant sets the tone for a positive client experience while providing essential administrative support to the internal teams.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma, some college preferred1-5 years of experience general office, administrative or lending industry preferredStrong attention to detail, positive demeanor, professional, articulate, customer service drivenProficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite (DocuSign) with the ability to learn technology quicklyStrong organizational and communication skills, able to multitask and prioritizeAbility to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIESGreet clients and visitors in a warm inviting manner, offering a professional, welcoming experience to all guestsSupport visitors by escorting clients to meeting rooms and assist with hospitality needsAnswer and route calls with the use of a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy, poised when speaking with all types of callsManage a busy office calendar and assist with scheduling needsReceive and distribute mail and packages promptlyMaintain office appearance, order supplies, and manage inventory (including kitchen and meeting supplies)Provide light administrative support to escrow and management teams as needed
