We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!Organization:SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-ValleyPosition Overview:Is responsible for the evaluation and improvement of quality programs through facilitation and support of the annual strategic planning process for the program, achievement of growth goals for the program, and shared accountability for the achievement of quality, service, and financial performance goals for the program.The Program Manager IV leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of outreach program activities aligned with strategic priorities. This position partners with external brokers, employers, operational, and executive leaders to expand programs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. A primary focus is advancing strategic outreach and network development – building and maintaining relationships with external brokers, employer groups, operational, and clinical expertise. The Program Manager IV enhances care coordination and reinforces the health plan as a trusted partner.
