About the role
- Lead day-to-day job management and cost control activities while ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution across assigned workflows
- Coach, guide, encourage, and support direct report(s), helping them build confidence, accountability, and stronger operational judgment
- Model a selfless, entrepreneurial leadership style that energizes the team, supports collaboration, and contributes to department efficiency
- Support and help promote AI-enabled tools, automation, templates, and standardized workflows that reduce manual effort and improve speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Train team members and cross-functional partners on job management processes, tools, expectations, and best practices
- Present process updates, training topics, and operational insights clearly in team meetings and cross-functional forums
- Coordinate client and internal deadlines with billing, finance, production, shared services, and agency partners
- Respond to management-level requests regarding job status, vendor activity, historical information, and process guidance
- Monitor jobs and related workflows to ensure compliance with client, agency, and Groupe requirements
- Support audit-related questions and partner with internal teams to provide clear documentation and timely responses
- Help plan, coordinate, and support department meetings, events, and engagement activities that strengthen connection, learning, and team culture
- Build a working understanding of relationships across Publicis Groupe, shared services, and agency teams to support alignment, escalation, and operational clarity
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Key Success Measures:
- Timely, accurate, and consistent support of job management and cost control workflows
- Improved workflow consistency through practical tools, templates, and AI-enabled efficiencies
- Positive team engagement, clear follow-through, and effective coaching of direct report(s)
- Clear communication with agency partners, shared services, and internal stakeholders
- Practical adoption of evolving tools and processes that support department efficiency and service quality
- Prior experience supervising, coaching, or developing team members in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfort with AI-enabled tools, automation, templates, or emerging technology used to support process efficiency
- Experience identifying process gaps, recommending practical solutions, and supporting workflow improvements with appropriate guidance
- Strong communication skills, including experience presenting information clearly to teams, stakeholders, or cross-functional partners
- Experience training others by simplifying complex processes into clear, actionable steps
- Ability to build productive working relationships across departments, shared services, agency teams, and leadership groups
- Ability to adapt to evolving tools, systems, and business needs while helping others navigate change
- Familiarity with agency operations, job management, billing, finance, production, or related operational workflows
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-through
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and accountability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, internet, and email applications
- Intermediate Excel skills required; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required
