Team Lead Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Team Lead for a materials handling and transloading operation serving the East Grand Forks, MN area. In this role, you'll oversee daily transloading operations, lead a team focused on safe and efficient material handling, and help ensure compliance with company and DOT regulations. Lead employees in daily aggregate and coal material handling operations Enforce company and customer safety policies and conduct safety briefings Monitor CDL drivers and ensure DOT compliance requirements are followed Coordinate truck deliveries, dispatch changes, and communicate operational updates Operate and oversee heavy equipment including bulldozers, graders, skid steers, and loaders Assist with train unloading, stockpile management, and site maintenance activities Report safety incidents and maintain site security during off-hours and low staffing periods High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of DOT rules and regulations Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly Strong math, reading, and writing skills for reporting and equipment documentation Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership abilities Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
