Founded in 2019, the company specializes in ground-up construction projects and offers employees the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Job DescriptionAssist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationSupport project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking effortsParticipate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetingsHelp ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetThe Successful Applicant2+ years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacityMultifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applicationsWhat's on OfferSalary: Up to $105,000 (depending on experience)Opportunity to work on large-scale Miami multifamily developmentsDirect mentorship from experienced construction leadershipStrong career progression with a growing contractorComprehensive benefits package
