About the role
Field Admissions Facilitator Lincoln Tech is seeking a Field Admissions Facilitator to serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and provide essential support to our Field Admissions team. You'll guide students through the enrollment process, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a smooth start to their educational journey.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GEDStrong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and their families
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, campus tours, bus tours, workshops, orientations, and special events
- Follow up on student inquiries and discuss training needs with prospective students and parents
- Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process
- Assist in the preparation and execution of scholarship testing
- Maintain and verify the database recording new student information
- Complete admissions reports, paperwork, and correspondence
- Provide overall support to the Admissions department, including enrolling students as needed
