Mixing Operator - Harleysville Details: Direct hire position $ 24.00 / annually Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm) Performs all duties assigned to insure Pecora's daily production goals are met Blend raw materials to produce finished product (caulking and sealant materials) and intermediate materials used in the production process at required run rates. Set-up and run a variety of mixing machines to produce product according to batch formula instructions Must be able to make batches on any twenty-seven different mixing machines and is classified at different operator levels depending upon the level of skill development Ability to work in any of the four chemistries of Pecora's product lines. Latex, Silicone, Hybrid and Urethane. Cleaning pans at required cleaning rate. Mixing Operator - Harleysville Qualifications: Must be able and willing to work in multiple work centers in a single shift Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
