GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a highly organized Paralegal or Legal Operations Specialist to serve as the backbone of the legal function in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. You will support closings, manage document lifecycles, and implement scalable systems with AI tools. Work alongside the General Counsel in a high-autonomy setting, coordinating corporate records, multi-state registrations, and regulatory filings while driving structure and efficiency across project portfolios.
