Shop CoordinatorDS Home Services is a growing multi-trade home service company serving the Hudson Valley since 2006. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator services, and we're committed to building a strong team that supports both our customers and our technicians. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Shop & Fleet Coordinator to help keep our shop, materials, and vehicles running efficiently. This role is critical to the daily success of our field teams.
Pay: $19$25 per hour, based on experience and organizational ability.
What You'll Do: Organize and maintain shop materials and equipment Stage materials and equipment for upcoming installs Receive and check in deliveries Maintain accurate inventory levels Coordinate fleet maintenance using our vehicle software (Azuga)Schedule vehicle service and inspections Keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient Run parts to job sites when needed Assist with general shop and operations tasks
What We're Looking For: Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and basic software Reliable and punctual Able to lift and move equipment and materials Valid driver's license with clean driving record Positive attitude and team-first mindset Experience with inventory, warehouse, or fleet coordination is a plus, but not required.
