Qualifications: Ideally, a minimum of 4 recent years of experience with the following: Estate planning, trust administration and probate, with Conservatorship expertise Settlement, probate matters, guardianship and conservatorship, and contested are needed and if you are super techy that is even better!
Education: JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association What we can offer...
