About the role
Marketing Strategy & Operations ManagerWe're looking for a Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager based in San Francisco or New York. This person will be the operational backbone of Marketing builds, launches, and measures campaigns, and how leads/accounts are routed, and managed. You'll own the end-to-end of campaign services across templates, QA, deliverability, and execution. You'll also play a role in the monitoring, debugging and managing any MQL/MQA issues (from creation to handoff to Sales) as they arise. You'll work across many teams across multiple regions (EMEA, AMER), partnering closely with Marketing, SDR leadership, and our agency partners to build scalable processes and tooling that increase pipeline throughput and campaign quality. If you thrive on building systems that bring order to complexity and love bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales, this role is for you.Campaign OperationsEstablish and maintain campaign templates, standardized QA processes, and reusable campaign architecture in Marketo, customer.io and SFDC.Own the Campaign object in SFDC — including campaign member status designations, naming conventions, and data hygiene standards.Build, test, and launch campaigns end-to-end in marketing platforms and SFDC — while continuously optimizing processes and standards for speed and quality.Manage email deliverability, sender reputation, privacy regulations, and opt-out requirements — with a focus on growing the EMEA marketable ManagementDefine MQL/MQA routing rules, making modifications as the business evolvesDebug lead and MQA routing issues, ensuring leads flow to the right reps across all segments and regions with minimal manual intervention.Monitor MQL/MQA volumes, conversion rates, and system health — proactively identifying and resolving issues.Skills You'll Need to Bring:3+ years in marketing operations at a high-growth SaaS company, with hands-on experience in both lead management and campaign execution.Deep working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Customer.io) and Salesforce — you've built programs, routing rules, scoring models, and campaign architectures in these understanding of the lead lifecycle: MQL definitions, lead routing, attribution, sales handoff, and funnel conversion mechanics.Ability to work cross-functionally with SDRs, Demand Gen, and RevOps — you're comfortable navigating stakeholder alignment across teams.Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and data privacy regulationsAnalytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance data, diagnose issues, and recommend process improvements.Track record of building and maturing operational processes — you've taken things from scrappy to scalable.Experience working in a high growth company, and across multiple timezones.Nice to Haves:Familiarity with Notion and its applications in business workflows.Experience with campaign performance reporting in tools like Hex or Tableau.Comfortable with SQLExposure to lifecycle or product-led growth marketing is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
