Responsibilities: Maintain financial records to ensure that transactions are properly recorded Ensure accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to general ledger Compile financial data to support the finance team in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other key reporting Assist in analyzing current costs, revenue, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses Process invoices including receiving and tracking the financial status of ongoing projects Laise with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate communication and retain good standing for the company Assist with revenue process, audits, budgeting processes, tax returns, and other regulatory reporting, as required by law Perform other accounting related tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field 1-3 years of professional experience in an accounting role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Net Suite experience a plus
