About the role

To support the success of pharmaceutical manufacturer programs, the full-time Client Strategy Associate will manage client engagement, leverage data for program performance, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support client engagement and program success by developing execution plans and tracking key milestones Coordinate program activities and provide day-to-day client support, translating client goals into actionable steps Analyze program performance, build reporting dashboards, and generate actionable insights for program optimization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 3-7 years of experience in a client-facing, consulting, analytics, or business strategy role, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
