Job Full Description: Now Hiring: Production Level 1 / CNC Operator

Location: Clarksburg, WV Pay: $18.00/hour Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMWe are now hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level Production Level 1 / CNC Operator position in Clarksburg, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience who want to start or grow a career in CNC machining and precision manufacturing As a CNC Operator / Production Worker, you will assist with the manufacturing of glass and optical components by operating CNC machinery, inspecting finished products, and completing hands-on production tasks. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines, including drilling, grinding, and milling equipment. Load raw materials and prepare CNC machinery for production runs. Follow blueprints and written and verbal work instructions. Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and specifications Perform repetitive, hands-on production tasks with focus and consistency. Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.1-2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. CNC or machine operation experience is a plus. Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and production procedures. Basic math and reading skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with lifting up to 75 lbs in some areas Ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing team. Apply Today!
