About the role
- Prepare and optimize customer artwork for production (300 dpi, proper formatting, vector conversion)
- Digitize logos for embroidery, ensuring clean and precise stitch results
- Select and adjust thread colors for various garment types (light and dark fabrics)
- Create and revise design proofs for customer approval
- Assist with logo placement across apparel (shirts, hats, jackets, bags, etc.)Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs translate accurately to final products
- Support font selection and maintain branding consistency across all items
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within apparel decoration
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar design tools)
- Experience with embroidery digitizing software (preferred)
- Strong understanding of screen printing and DTF processes
- Knowledge of color theory and print production requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A creative professional who understands the technical side of production
