Position summary:
Provide administrative support by processing purchase requests, maintaining records, managing filing systems, researching contract items in internal databases, and coordinating communication with vendors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain department-specific forms and documents.
Process SFS information updates and password resets.
Prepare and maintain various quarterly reports.
Track and report equipment distribution, inventory, and maintenance.
Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes and notes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
