About the role

Summary: The Senior Manager, Social Strategy leads end-to-end social strategy for Nordstrom and Beauty across organic channels. This hybrid role in Seattle owns enterprise social KPIs, content direction, and team development.
Responsibilities: Set editorial direction, platform priorities, and brand expression across social channels. Coordinate organic strategy across Nordstrom, Beauty, and Rack banners. Own social performance goals, including growth, engagement, share of voice, and brand health. Lead and develop the Brand Social team and partner with marketing, PR, site, search, merchandising, and agency teams. Identify platform opportunities, trends, formats, and tools to scale high-quality content.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. 8-12 years of social media marketing and strategy experience, including team leadership at an enterprise or large portfolio brand. Expertise across major social platforms, scheduling tools, social listening, reporting, and KPI development. Strong editorial planning, brief-writing, and high-volume content experience. Available to work at the Seattle corporate headquarters at least four days per week.
