About the role
Client Overview:
Our client, an appliance retailer, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. They are a local business with an attached showroom. Salary/Hourly Rate$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will speak with customers, place orders, track shipments, update delivery statuses, and ensure white-glove service. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one Saturday included.
Responsibilities:
Of The Administrative Coordinator Manage customer inquiries through phone and email. Place orders and modify existing orders based on inventory availability. Communicate updates and order status information to customers. Manage shipments and track inventory. Work closely with the Sales and Production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Experience/Skills For The Administrative Coordinator At least 1 - 2 years of customer service or administrative experience. Ability to answer phones and provide white-glove customer service. Ability to multitask within different systems. Ability to work with various departments within the organization. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Administrative Coordinator Experience in a retail or manufacturing company is preferred. Experience in dispatch or home delivery is a plus.
Education Requirements: High school diploma is required.
