About the role
To support sales initiatives, the remote Sales Enablement Advisor will develop and implement strategies, drive complex sales solutions, and assess the effectiveness of sales enablement practices.
Key responsibilities
Drives complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements and managing deployment timelines
Defines actionable plans for change programs, digital content, and communications to ensure program readiness and rollout
Assesses the effectiveness of solutions and communicates results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Five years of professional experience in project management, sales, learning and development, or related fields
Strong relationship building and strategic partnering skills
Experience in research/analysis and project/program management
Ability to innovate and produce high-quality results consistently
