Job Description:
As a Record Center Specialist for File Bank, you will be a key part of our fast-growing company in delivering the greatest customer experience to our clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
Maintain, organize, and process physical records and assets stored within the records center. Prepare boxes, tapes, materials, and confidential documents for scheduled deliveries and transfers. Assist Transportation Specialists with the safe loading and unloading of company vehicles. Process all incoming and outgoing orders using wireless scanning technology. Accurately scan and update inventory information using a Zebra handheld scanner. Investigate, identify, and resolve discrepancies related to incoming and outgoing orders. Retrieve, stage, and prepare records and materials for daily deliveries. Prepare all required paperwork and documentation for the day’s scheduled deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment while handling confidential records. Follow all company procedures regarding the security, handling, storage, and transportation of confidential documents.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience working in a warehouse, records center, distribution center, or similar physical work environment preferred. Ability to regularly lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Ability to operate a Zebra handheld scanner or similar wireless scanning device. Basic computer skills and the ability to enter and retrieve information accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced physical environment.
