Reporting to the SVP, Chief People Officer, the Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to several executives, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and exercises exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion.In This Role, You WillManage complex executive calendars, priorities, and schedules across multiple leaders and time zonesCoordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring efficient planning and executionPrepare, edit, and support executive communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.Prepare and manage expense reports, maintaining accuracy and ensuring timely resolution of discrepanciesOrganize leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and key business eventsTrack action items, deadlines, and deliverables, helping leaders stay focused on the highest prioritiesServe as a trusted liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholdersHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretionAnticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly as priorities evolveTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will HaveU.S. Citizenship requiredHigh School Diploma and 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment; or Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of related experienceExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentSound judgment, professionalism, and a customer-service mindsetAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration toolsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organizationAbility to travel up to 10%Discover your place in our world with this high visibility opportunity providing direct support to the Senior Leadership Team.
