What You?ll Do
As a Production Associate, you?ll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You?ll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another. Available Shifts and Hours:
1st Shift? 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM - Monday - Friday
2nd Shift? 3:00 PM? 11:00 PM - Monday - Friday
3rd Shift? 11:00 PM? 7:00 AM - Sunday - Thursday
Hourly Pay Rate: $16/hour
Key responsibilities include:
Safely operating production equipment and tools
Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials
Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Meeting productivity and quality expectations
Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
Supporting continuous improvement efforts

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required
Work Environment:
Our facilities arenot climate controlled
Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
Physical requirements include standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
