This is an opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to step into a true Project Manager role with responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, technical oversight, and team development. Managing structural projects from concept through construction Overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables Leading structural design, coordination, and quality control Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Mentoring and supervising Project Engineers and junior staff Supporting proposals, client development, and new project pursuits Providing technical leadership and resolving design challenges throughout project delivery 7+ years of structural engineering experience ~ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering ~ Strong building design and project delivery experience ~ Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships ~ Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams ~ Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering design and construction ~ Significant project ownership and client exposure Opportunity to lead and develop engineering teams Diverse and technically challenging building projects Collaborative and supportive engineering culture If you’re a PE Structural Engineer ready to take greater ownership of projects, clients, and teams, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a Project Manager position in North Bethesda.
