- Job Requirements
- Acquire all established health and safety rules.
- Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adherence to production plan schedule while producing high quality products to standards.
- Adhere to policy and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work under close supervision.
- Act as champion of the company’s Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.
- Time and attendance are in accordance with company policies, procedures and work area schedule.
- Complete work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of product and to maintain efficiencies.
- Ability to sit for an extended amount of time
- Ability to work under a microscope
- Hand soldering
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, procedures and follows verbal directions.
- Quality Oriented
- Computer literacy
- Prepare product components and fixtures for assembly.
- Performs bonding processes.
- Fabricate cable assemblies.
- Attaching / Closing process (hand soldering)
- Limited testing of products
- Performs routine hands on assembly tasks in the manufacture of Eddy Current probes, Ultrasonic transducers or BondMaster sensors.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of Eddy Current, Ultrasonic or BondMaster inspection methods and its application in the sensor assembly processEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma
- Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
- Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plusESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESGood manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer skills and literacy a plus
- Must be a highly organized, self-managed individual who works independently with minimum supervision and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
