Role Description: The Sponsorship Sales Specialist is a remote, contract role responsible for securing sponsorships and strategic partnerships for Entertainment Finance Summit. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, and conducting sales calls and virtual meetings with potential sponsors. The specialist will develop customized sponsorship proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate records of pipelines and agreements. This role collaborates closely with event leadership to align sponsorship offerings with summit programming and audience needs, and provides regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications: Strong Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of closing sponsorship or partnership deals. Proficiency in Sponsorship strategy and packaging, including creating compelling sponsorship proposals and benefits. Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including building and managing a targeted pipeline of sponsor prospects. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers. Experience in events, conferences, or media sales; familiarity with entertainment or finance industries is highly beneficial. Comfort working remotely and independently, with strong time management and organizational abilities. Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. To enhance the possibility of locking in sponsors, You will offer 2026/2027 package deal! Monthly base of $1,000 and 25% commission, HUGE!
