About the role
Analyzing clinical genetics data, the full-time Clinical Genomic Scientist will curate variants and genes, summarize findings for clinical reports, and assist laboratory directors with technology validation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Curation of variants, genes, and gene-disease correlations following ACMG guidelines
Analysis of clinical genomics data and selection of variants for curation and confirmation
Drafting clinical reports, validating tests, and presenting findings while monitoring turnaround times
Required qualifications:
PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent
Master's degree with relevant experience may be considered
2-4 years of variant curation experience
