Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes West Palm Beach, Florida We’ve partnered with a luxury custom home builder in West Palm Beach that is looking to add a Senior Superintendent to their team. They’re a well-established luxury custom home builder with a strong reputation, both for the quality of their work and the team they’ve built around it. The work is what really sets this opportunity apart. You’ll be involved in some of the area’s most impressive luxury homes, from waterfront and oceanfront residences to private estates exceeding 20,000 sq. ft. These are one-of-a-kind builds with complex construction, bespoke interiors and some of the highest-end finishes in the market. Requirements:
5+ years experience in luxury custom home construction Evidence of long-term commitment with a custom home builder Florida custom home building experience is strongly preferred Experience managing custom home builds or remodels from inception to completion, with values of $5m or above What’s on Offer Opportunity to work on large-scale luxury custom homes. Mix of ground-up custom homes and major remodelling projects Join an established builder with more than 30 years in the local market Long-term career opportunity with a business known for quality, craftsmanship and client service. Candidates must have relevant luxury custom home experience to be considered.
