About the role

Northfield Park Racino is seeking an Executive Host to maintain and expand the property's casino customer base while expediting processes to ensure exceptional service. You will assess customer activity and apply appropriate incentives using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA and PATRON systems to enhance guest experiences. The role requires a reliable team player with strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, and 2+ years in customer service or casino operations.
