About the role
Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) This is a 13-week contract position. Night shift, 3x12-hour: 19:00 - 07:30We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in both adult and pediatric behavioral health. The ideal candidate will work in a supportive interdisciplinary environment to provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing mood disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and provide treatment to patients with mood disorders.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Social Services.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health nursing experience.
Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact license.
Current BLS certification.
Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
