About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating machinery, monitoring production quality, and ensuring products meet company and customer standards. Responsibilities include reading and following work instructions, gathering materials and tools, inspecting products for quality, completing production paperwork, and reporting equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors. Employees are also expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and assist in other departments as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and works well with others. Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
