Our portfolio includes 22 apartment communities and a newly opened flagship Hilton full service hotel in Arlington, Virginia. We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in Vienna. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient with Excel and enjoys working with data, creating polished marketing materials, coordinating events, and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain marketing spreadsheets, databases, calendars, and tracking documents, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and up to date· Use Excel to organize, analyze, and track data; prepare reports and presentations as needed· Create and update marketing collateral including flyers, digital advertisements, brochures, banners, newsletters, presentations, signage, and other print and digital materials· Create and distribute email newsletters and other marketing communications· Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across marketing materials, communications, and online platforms· Maintain organized digital files, marketing assets, templates, and other department resources· Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events across apartment communities· Assist with social media management and content creation across multiple platforms when needed· Create and update Google Business Profile content and other digital marketing platforms· Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve organization, processes, and marketing materials· Assist with various marketing projects and other tasks as assigned Qualifications· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related field· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong comfort working with spreadsheets, data entry, formulas, and data organization· Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn and work with new software, platforms, and technology· Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva· Experience creating professional marketing materials, email newsletters, presentations, and other digital and print collateral· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools· Familiarity with Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms is a plus· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities· Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and follows projects through to completion· Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and support a wide variety of projectsA design portfolio or examples of previous marketing/design work is required; please include a link or samples with your resume submission Full-time Position
