About the role

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Music Program Assistant to support the Music Program Director in developing musical abilities and social skills for participants with disabilities. You will assist during rehearsals, performances, and training sessions, helping with auditions, warm-ups, and instrument setup. You’ll work closely with choir and band members, reinforce music techniques, and help with progress documentation, while fostering confidence and teamwork among participants.
