About the role
Build One of the Best Inside Sales Organizations in Independent Insurance Most insurance agencies treat inside sales as a support function. We don't. At C1 Insurance Group, we believe inside sales will become one of our greatest competitive advantages. We're building a high-performing, data-driven sales organization that delivers an exceptional customer experience while helping more families protect what matters most. We're looking for a leader who wants to build—not simply manage. You'll inherit a growing team of Inside Sales Advisors, but your mission goes well beyond supervising people. You'll help design the systems, coaching, hiring, accountability, technology, and culture that define how we scale over the coming years. Insurance experience is helpful, but it isn't the deciding factor. We'd much rather hire an exceptional sales leader who knows how to build great teams and coach people to consistently exceed expectations. If you've built high-performing inside sales teams in mortgage, SaaS, financial services, home services, retail, recruiting, or another metrics-driven sales environment, we'd love to talk. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
