Production Worker Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available Operate and monitor various production line equipment, including machinery for mixing, portioning, baking, and packaging cookie products. Strictly adhere to all food safety regulations and quality assurance standards to maintain consistent product quality and compliance. Inspect products for any defects or deviations from quality specifications, taking corrective action as necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with sanitation guidelines. Assist with the setup and changeovers of production lines between product runs, and perform basic troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
Production Worker Qualifications:
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. Physical stamina and agility to perform demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of 50 lbs repetitively, bending, and standing for extended periods.
