About the role
KLA is seeking an Applications Engagement Engineer to join the global CAPRES team, primarily supporting customers in the United States. You will develop and deploy CAPRES metrology applications, focusing on sheet resistance and related techniques, while collaborating with regional teams and CAPRES headquarters to deliver measurable value in R&D and high-volume manufacturing.
