About the Role: The Company is in search of a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner for its Product and Technology group. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in HR, particularly within technology, engineering, and consumer product-focused organizations. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategy that aligns with the business, particularly in the areas of talent, organizational, and culture strategies. The VP, HRBP will be responsible for organizational effectiveness, senior leader and leadership team effectiveness, change leadership, and talent planning. They must be adept at leveraging business and industry trends to design people-focused solutions, and have a proven track record in influencing and advising senior technical and creative leaders. Applicants for the VP, HRBP role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Essential competencies include business acumen, HR domain expertise, change management, and the ability to deal with ambiguity. The role requires a candidate who is agile, collaborative, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
