Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to senior leadership and help keep office and administrative operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership. Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and appointments as needed. Manage bookkeeping-related tasks including expense tracking, invoices, and financial records. Process expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation. Help ensure the office is organized, prepared, and operating efficiently each day. Handle sensitive personal and professional information with discretion and care. Assists office as requested with various duties; including lunch orders, mail packs, meeting set-ups, etc. Responsible for maintenance/inventory of product closet / office supplies Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions and handle signatures for deliveries
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
Administrative support experience in a fast-paced professional environment. Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial documentation. Professional communication skills and a polished, proactive approach. Ability to work onsite in New York City on a full-time schedule.
