You will partner with hiring managers to shape talent strategy, advise on role design, and lead proactive sourcing and pipeline development across Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Development functions. You will provide market intelligence on compensation trends, guide interview practices, and align hiring decisions with Celldex’s growth and culture in a competitive biotech
